We were frustrated with wrist splints typically available. We felt that splints should look and perform better.
So, we set out to find a solution.
We've developed splints that offer the necessary support and can be customised with patterns, colours and textures to suit your individuality. We've combined computer aided technologies with extensive clinical and user experience into a product personalised for the wearer.

3D PRINT SERVICE T&Cs
Our 3d printing service has additional, specific Terms & Conditions to those laid out here. This is due to the nature of 3d printing and production of files supplied by customers.
Quote validity duration:
Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Lead times are only estimates and, sadly, are not a guarantee. Infrequent and unpredictable factors like machine failure, power cuts, etc can unfortunately cause delays. In case of delays, we will consider partial refunds. We will inform you of delays as soon as they arise.
We are not responsible for design supplied to us should it not work or not fit the intended purpose unless what we provide is substantially dimensionally different to what has been supplied to us in STL/other 3d printing format.
Note – We are happy to advise on the suitability of your design for 3d print fabrication. In general, small features with a diameter <1mm do not 3d print well using our processes. Wall thicknesses less than 1mm cannot be guaranteed. Some surfaces are likely to have marks from support removal. Typical feature tolerance is around +/- 0.3mm. Tolerance is highly dependent on the overall geometry and orientation.
Cancellation of order:
If there are errors in your order, you should contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to our customer service. The buyer retains the right to cancel the order without charge provided the build has not been started. If the build has been started, the buyer is responsible for full payment according to the schedule. In some cases, we are happy to discuss reductions on the responsibilities to pay in full.
There may be technical or other reasons why we cannot accept or must cancel your order during the entire ordering process, even after our acceptance of your order. (Such reasons can be for example, but not limited to the unfeasibility of the model, the features of your model, the destination of the delivery you indicated in your order etc.). In case we cancel your order, Trinity Creative will contact you via email and/or phone.
Full payment is expected within 30 days following receipt of goods.
Acceptance of quote:
After sending your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address supplied. The order confirmation will be effective as of the date on which the order confirmation is sent to you. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email. You should verify the details in the confirmation email.
Quotations may be accepted to form a binding contract upon signature for the items listed.
Where refunds are required, we will issue this within 10 working days of receiving evidence of faulty goods.
